House rules

Smoking and open fires are not permitted indoors or outdoors due to the risk of (forest) fires.
Pets are not allowed (due to allergies, to maintain peace and quiet on the property, and to avoid scaring away wildlife).
Parties, events, groups of young people, students, and sports teams are also not permitted.
Out of respect for nature: silence between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM; waste separation is mandatory.
